The most exciting night

As the Qualifying Season draws to a close, the anticipation and thrill build. Auction/Draft Night is the moment where players transform into teams, and the competition into camaraderie. 

Composition: Teams are composed of 12 members. All team members, including the Captain and Vice Captains, must commit to the team's schedule. During the Auction, 8 players are picked - 2 players from each of the three flights. Two players can be selected in the Draft process, following Player auction, from any flight, thus offering flexibility in team composition.

Player Auction: This is a thrilling event where team owners along with Captain and Vice Captains bid on players to build their teams. The bidding process involves team owners placing allocated bidding chips on players they want to acquire. Players with higher rankings, better performances, and more potential are often more valuable and receive higher bids. 

Strategy: Team owners and captains play a strategic role during Auction/Draft Night by identifying and acquiring players who can strengthen their team. They consider the strengths and weaknesses of their existing team members and aim to create a well-balanced roster. While player selection relies on performance metrics, bidding teams also consider the potential chemistry and compatibility among team members.

As teams are formed, the most exciting part is that every player has a value, and your unique skills and accomplishments determine your worth. It's a chance to connect with like-minded individuals and create a community that celebrates excellence and inclusivity.
